Holiday SLA 2024

The holidays are here once again! Just a short note with updates on our SLA’s for this season. We would like to give you days that reflect our expectations of this busy time.
SLA Information
We endeavour to always maintain our 1-3 business days.
Throughout the Holiday/Christmas season orders can escalate to 3-5 business days.
Shipping times are then dependent on the service level your customer selects.
Just a reminder, with print on-demand we plan and forecast for all circumstances, but we cannot predict order volume completely in the busiest weeks. Sometimes this does add a little time to our SLA.
At our global facilities, there are many possible disruptions such as equipment breakdown, employees calling in sick and out of stock situations (mainly due to no customer forecasts/projections) that can also cause delays to production.
We prepare for every circumstance as much as we possibly can. We contract with local tech groups for 100% uptime, keep buffer stock in our warehouses and additional workforce on-site.
We recommend under-promising and over-delivering to your customers. We have found that communicating that these goods are printed when the order placed and printed by hand helps give them the understanding that this is not simply picking and packing. Each order is custom and touched by 5 people before its passed to the shipping courier. It’s takes time to ensure each and every order is up to our high standards before leaving our facilities.
