If Goods are being ordered from outside the UK (WOYC On-Demand’s country of residence), import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. 5.0 In order to purchase Goods on this Web Site and to use the custom case designer, you are required to create an account that will contain certain personal details and Payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the Web Site as we may not require payment information until you wish to make a purchase. We will only use any information collected from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. WOYC On-Demand will not sell or pass on any personal data to any third party unless obliged to do so by UK government authorities or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction. We may send you email newsletters with the latest offers or products. You can opt-out of receiving these by using the unsubscribe link in each such email.

6.1 Either WOYC On-Demand or you may terminate your Account. If WOYC On-Demand terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination generally will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate accounts without giving reasons for doing so.
6.2 If WOYC On-Demand terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will not be cancelled and will be dispatched to you.
6.3 WOYC On-Demand reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
6.4 If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

7.1 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from WOYC On-Demand correspond to the actual Goods, WOYC On-Demand is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether.

7.2 All pricing information on the Web Site is correct at the time of its going online. WOYC On-Demand reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

7.3 All prices on the Web Site include VAT. WOYC On-Demand Ltd is VAT registered.

8.1 WOYC On-Demand aims to ship all orders within 3 working days. Custom cases typically take slightly longer than stock items to receive. For addresses in remote locations, Royal Mail advises they may take slightly longer to arrive.
8.2 International Shipping. For all International orders it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay Customs Duties and Taxes and charges levied by the country of destination. WOYC On-Demand aims to keep sufficient items in stock to fulfil orders within the above timescales. If there is a foreseen delay in achieving this, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will then have the choice to either wait until your items come back into stock or to cancel your order. WOYC On-Demand will only ship orders when full payment has been received and authorised. If WOYC On-Demand receives no communication from you, within 3 days of deliver, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

Over the busy Christmas period we aim to ship orders within 3-5 business days. We then rely on the postal system.

Overview

As all WOYC orders are custom-made to order, they cannot be re-sold by us and therefore we cannot offer refunds or replacements due to buyer's remorse. We cannot provide refunds for any products that do not have any manufacturing or print faults, or where the size of the product shipped matches the size placed at the time of ordering. Whether you choose to refund your customer in such circumstances is at your discretion.

WOYC offers a 12-month product guarantee to the original purchaser of all products.

This guarantee covers any products that are agreed to have manufacturing, production, or obvious aesthetic print defects.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from the guarantee.

To obtain a replacement or refund - the customer will notify WOYC via help@woyc-ondemand.com. Please include simple, direct details of the claim. Clear photos or videos of the defects must be submitted along with the original order details.

Agreed replacements will only be re-printed and shipped with the same SKU & artwork as the original order.

Order issues/defects include:

• Damage/ defects apparent on receipt of your product. 
(Needs to be reported within 21 calendar days of delivery otherwise it can be assumed that the product was enjoyed and then subsequently accidentally damaged by the consumer)

• Snapping or breaking of the volume bar or Camera hole bar
(At any time during the 12-month period)

• Print defects (Needs to be reported within 21 calendar days of delivery)

• Poor image transfer. 
Unless caused by a low-quality print file submitted by the customer, the same applies to white borders caused by the image file not fitting the print template.

• Image degradation ie. Peeling, fading (At any time during the 12-month period)

• Wrong image printed. (Needs to be reported within 21 calendar days of delivery)

• Wrong product shipped. (Needs to be reported within 21 calendar days of delivery)
For tough cases, please share a photo of the back of the case, where the model number is clearly marked on the TPU liner. For all other cases please share a screenshot of the model of the device from the settings menu and a photo of the case on or beside the device. We cannot refund or provide a free replacement if sufficient images are not provided for us to verify the model of both case and device.

• Side button not working when the case is on. (Needs to be reported within 21 calendar days of delivery) We carry out fitment tests on all new case SKUs to ensure the correct fit. However, very occasionally we experience reports of the side buttons not working on the device when the case is applied. 
Please first verify the device model matches the model number marked on the inside of the black liner of the case. 
Once you have established you have received the correct case, we kindly request you provide a video clearly showing that the buttons are not functioning. We cannot refund or provide a free replacement if no video is submitted.

Cancelling an Order


Please inform us at the earliest opportunity if you need to cancel an order. Orders can be cancelled free of charge whilst still in ‘received’ status. Once an order enters the production process, we can stop the order from shipping and refund/ remove the shipping charge. However, you will still be charged for the printed product.

Updating Address Details


Please inform us at the earliest opportunity of changes to address details. We can edit customer details up until the product is dispatched. We cannot contact the shipper to update address details once the order has left our facility.

Order Priority 


Orders are batched according to the time we receive them. We are unable to prioritise specific orders at the request of the customer. Please be aware that Next Day Delivery relates to the day after dispatch and not the day after the order is placed. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days and cannot prioritise orders with expedited shipping.

9.1 Guarantee for your WOYC On-Demand Case. Congratulations on receiving your WOYC On-Demand case, the industry’s standard for workmanship, quality and durability. Your case is guaranteed by WOYC On-Demand to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions 12 months from purchase. This guarantee is extended to the original purchaser or gift recipient of the case. Proof of purchase or of receipt as a gift may be required.

9.1.1 Should you have a problem with a WOYC On-Demand case, either with respect to the image quality or due to breakage of or damage to the case itself, please contact us. You will be provided with information on the return of your case for a replacement at no cost to you, subject to the stipulations in paragraph 9.1.2 below regarding Custom or personalized cases.

9.1.2 For a return requested due to issues with the quality of the decoration or image, it is very important that the problem be reported to WOYC On-Demand within ten (10) days of receipt of the case so that there will be sufficient time for return of the case and incorporation of the original art work into the replacement case. This provision is necessary because, to protect the privacy of its clients, WOYC On-Demand does not store customer-supplied images for longer than thirty (30) calendar days.
9.1.3 In the event that circumstances do not permit the return of a defective case before the original image retention period expires, WOYC On-Demand Sales Team will provide instructions regarding ordering a replacement case.
9.1.4 For returns due to damage to or breakage of the case, contact WOYC On-Demand in the same manner as noted above at any time to arrange for return of the case and its replacement.
9.1.5 This guarantee, and other guarantees contained herein that may apply, excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident or non-commercial use. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this and other guarantees contained herein. This guarantee, or others contained herein, does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

9.2 All other Goods sold by WOYC On-Demand on this website are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This guarantee excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or non-commercial use. Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from the guarantee. This guarantee is extended to the original purchaser or gift recipient of such Goods and proof of purchase or gift receipt may be required.

9.3 We are confident you will love your new phone case or other product(s) ordered, and WOYC On-Demand aims always to provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, Goods may need to be returned. For personalised cases we are unable to offer you a refund, but if your case or other product arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it, subject to conditions noted further below. See below false or details on faulty Goods returns. All other returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

9.4 If you receive custom or personalized Goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us within 10 days to arrange collection and return. WOYC On-Demand will accept responsibility for paying return shipment costs, if necessary, but you need to contact us to properly arrange returns. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if still available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.

9.5 If any Goods, other than custom or personalised cases, that you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you must contact WOYC On-Demand within 10 days of delivery to arrange collection and return. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, you will have the option of having the Goods replaced (if still available) or of having the price of the Goods, as paid by you, refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

9.6 If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to WOYC On-Demand within 10 days and arrange collection and return. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, you will have the option of having the Goods replaced (if still available) or of having the price of the Goods, as paid by you, refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.

9.7 If you wish to return Goods to WOYC On-Demand for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the details on our contact page to make the appropriate arrangements.

9.8 WOYC On-Demand reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to:

9.9.1 Any product that is physically deformed and has been put through excessive wear and tear after initial enjoyment of the Goods;

9.9.2 Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods;

9.9.3 Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

9.9.4 The fact that the Goods consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened;

9.9.5 Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase. Such discretion to be exercised only within the confines of law.

10.1 WOYC On-Demand makes no warranty or representation that the Web Site will meet your requirements, that it will be of satisfactory quality, that it will be fit for a particular purpose, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, that it will be compatible with all systems, that it will be secure and that all information provided will be accurate. We make no guarantee of any specific results from the use of our Services.10.2 No part of this Web Site is intended to constitute advice and the content of this Web Site should not be relied upon when making any decisions or taking any action of any kind.
10.3 No part of this Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance.

WOYC On-Demand reserves the right to change the Web Site, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Web Site following the changes. If WOYC On-Demand is required to make any changes to Terms and Conditions relating to sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

The Service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by the law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality. WOYC On-Demand accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Web Site resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOYC On-Demand accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Web Site or any information contained therein. 13.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts WOYC On-Demand’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud on the part of WOYC On-Demand

13.4 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that these terms and conditions adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contracts Act of 1977, if any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such a term is to be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
